Bruce Willis Fans Call Video of Actor With Youngest Daughter 'Beautiful and Heartbreaking'

Fans are feeling emotional after seeing a sweet throwback clip of Bruce Willis toting his youngest daughter, Evelyn, now 10, throughout Manhattan several years ago.

His wife, Emma Heming Willis, shared a glimpse at the adventurous father-daughter moment over the weekend, where the Die Hard star carrying the girl, who was probably about five years old at the time, throughout the city on his shoulders.

She giggled loudly as he crossed the street at Broadway and West 63rd, sending her into a full-on fit of laughter as he pretended to chew on her leg.

"The best seat in the house ♥️," Heming Willis captioned the touching clip, which was uploaded to Instagram on Sunday, Nov. 10.

His youngest daughter with Demi MooreTallulah, simply wrote, "Love," in response to the heartfelt social media post, while his oldest daughter, Rumer, sweetly replied, "Papa!! 🥹," and the trio's middle sister, Scout, let a pair of emojis do all the talking: "🥹🥹."

Meanwhile, fans sent love and sympathy to the family, with one comment reading, "Memories can be comforting & painful at the same time. This is so hard to navigate. ❤️."

"This is beautiful and heartbreaking all at the same time," another said. "Thinking of you all. ❤️."

"We certainly do need to focus on the great memories!" someone else agreed, with some following suit to share their own experiences with frontotemporal dementia or similar diagnoses.

"We just lost my father-in-law to FTD in September. Nothing prepares you for the loss of who they were, but you learn to embrace who they become. And then you lose them completely, but you hold tight to the memories and the love that remains and know they are always in your heart. Thinking of you, Bruce, and the entire family. 🙏🏼💜," one person shared.

"Awwww. I miss these videos with the girls. My father had Alzheimer’s and it took him too soon. I pray for Bruce and I pray for you and your family. You’re forging through the toughest part of your life. May God grant you comfort and strength," said another.

The actor's family has been very open about his battle with dementia, sharing the "painful days" in an effort to raise more awareness and funding for research into the disease and how to treat it.
