Taylor Swift's Brother Hung Out with Travis Kelce's Friend in Rare Photo
It's an Eras-football crossover.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are all about bringing their friends and family into the mix when they’re hanging out together – and there was an unexpected Swift-Kelce crossover at the “Cruel Summer” singer’s latest performance. As the “Blank Space” singer headed into her second night Eras tour show in Toronto, Canada on Friday, one of Kelce’s best friends made an appearance to support her and enjoy a “family night” hangout with her brother, Austin.
As the “Fortnight” singer brought her three-hour-long set list to the Rogers Centre on Friday, Nov. 15, her younger sibling enjoyed the performance from the VIP section with Kelce’s close friend Ross Travis. On his Instagram Stories, Travis shared a photo of them hanging out in the VIP section while wearing matching Eras tour light-up Swiftie bracelets, as well as a video clip of the “Down Bad” singer performing on stage.
Their hangout showed just how close Swift and Kelce’s communities have gotten to each other. Travis, who accompanied Kelce to Swift’s Sydney, Australia performance, has also been photographed hanging out with the Grammy Award-winning singer at Arrowhead Stadium. Meanwhile, Austin is a constant fixture at his older sister’s Eras concerts, and has made headlines numerous times for helping fans throughout the tour.
For example, the producer most recently went viral after a video from Swift’s Indianapolis show showed him interfering when a security guard tried to kick out a fan. In the TikTok, which was captioned, “Watch Austin Swift save my sister from not getting kicked out of the Eras tour,” Austin could be seen stepping in when security began escorting out a Swiftie who was dressed as Travis Kelce, from a full red Kansas City Chiefs uniform to a helmet.
While Kelce also flew into Indianapolis to support his girlfriend, he recently shared that the Lucas Oil Stadium performance on Nov. 2 was his final Eras tour show. "I wanted to see Tay one more time before this thing got closed up,” he said in an episode of his New Heights podcast.
Taylor’s Eras tour run might be almost at an end, but it looks like fans will still be getting plenty of family hangouts – at least during football season. Just last weekend, Swift accompanied her parents and Kelce’s parents to watch her Chiefs beau face off against the Denver Broncos. Only time will tell whether Sunday, Nov. 17's game against the Buffalo Bills will also get a Taylor cameo.
