Yahoo Lifestyle Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce's AFC Championship Body Language Is Totally Different From Last Year, Expert Says
After over a year together, Taylor Swift is pretty much a staple at boyfriend Travis Kelce's Chiefs games. But the two made an on-field appearance after Trav's Chiefs won the AFC Championship on Sunday, sending them to their third straight Super Bowl.
During the celebration, the 14-time Grammy winner and the Pro Bowl tight end hugged, kiss, and cuddled as confetti rained around them. And for anyone wondering about how their 'ship is going, the couple's body language was pretty telling, according to expert Patti Wood. Here's what Wood thinks these gestures mean for the future of their relationship.

There's real familiarity between Tay and Trav.
When Taylor and Travis go in for a kiss, Wood says their body language is really joyful. “You can see that the musculature of their faces is lifted in happiness,” she says. “They’ve both very happy as they kiss.”
Taylor is “tenderly” holding Travis’ face to keep him close, which shows an overall ease between them. “They’ve got this height difference, but it’s clear from this photo they’ve been kissing a while—they’ve figured out the height difference,” she says.
They’re 'super comfortable' together.
Last year at the Super Bowl, Taylor wanted to keep some of her PDA "private," Wood previously told Women's Health. But now the couple has “familiarity and ease” when they’re hanging out on the field together. “Both of their faces are relaxed and happy,” Wood points out. “There’s a serenity around one another.”
Travis’ arm is “very relaxed” around Taylor, Wood says, meaning their cuddle is “in no way controlling.” Taylor is “cradled into him, but not crushed.”
Overall, the two seem “super comfortable” together. “There’s this crowd around them, but it’s just about them,” she says.
Taylor wants to be 'even closer' to Travis.
This kind of hug—which happened when they first saw each other—tends to be more for the cameras, Wood says. “But his head is really down and close to her face,” she says. Taylor, on the other hand, has “one hand up and around, and the other is down and around. It shows she’s comfortable being heart to heart and she wants to be even closer.”
Overall, Wood says that there’s just “ease” around these two. “Before, it was all excitement, but this is just relaxed,” Wood says. “It’s nice to see her relaxed into this comfort of him.”
