Taylor Swift Fans Praise Travis Kelce's 'Hand Placement' in Video From New Orleans Date Night
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce spent their Friday night on a pre-Super Bowl dinner date.
Just days ahead of the big game on Sunday, Feb. 9, the couple was spotted grabbing dinner in New Orleans, and they looked more in love than ever.
After a video of the duo walking into the restaurant went viral on X (formerly Twitter), fans began praising Kelce for the way he was sweetly escorting her safely into the building.
Placing his hands on Swift's waist, the NFL player guided her up the stairs then walked behind her as she made her way inside.
"HAND PLACEMENT! WE LOVE A GENTLEMAN" one fan gushed in response to the clip.
"His hand on her waist 😭" another Swiftie added.

"The bodyguard stays calm because he knows she has Travis," someone else wrote.
Even though Swift and Kelce were able to make it safely into the restaurant without too much attention from onlookers, the same couldn't be said for their walk back to the car.
After the meal, the couple exited the restaurant only to be greeted by swarms of fans gathering outside the building, with tons of bystanders hooting and hollering while snapping photos of the two celebrities.

"How does she handle this. This is insane," one X user wrote after seeing the overwhelming number of fans waiting outside the restaurant.
"What a shame she can't just out to dinner without all that chaos," someone else echoed, while another user said, "I so wish they could have come and gone from dinner without this happening!"
Kelce and Swift's dinner date—which also included Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes—comes just days before the Super Bowl on Sunday, where the Kansas City-based team will face off against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The game will kick off at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday, Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m. ET.
