Tammy Hembrow divides with third engagement announcement: 'Can't keep up'

Tammy Hembrow took to Instagram on Sunday to announce her engagement to former Love Island Australia star Matt Zukowski, with the influencer sharing a video of the moment he popped the question.

Matt proposed on a beach in the Maldives surrounded by candles as the pair looked set to enjoy a romantic dinner.

"Never in my life have I felt so safe, so loved, so understood, so cared for. What a plot twist you were," Tammy wrote alongside the video of the sweet moment.

Tammy has previously been engaged twice, with some of her followers poking fun at the fact she is already engaged after only just going public with the relationship in September.

"Engagement. Baby. Then break up. And the cycle continues," one person commented, while another joked, "People out here finding the love of their life 6 times I still can’t find mine once."

"One thing about Tammy, she’s gonna get her another man," a third quipped.

"No hate but I truly do not understand how people get divorced/break up then find someone new immediately after… I’ve been single for years and still can’t find someone," someone else added.

"This woman needs her own reality show," one user wrote.

"Maybe 3rd time will be it!" another said. "I literally can't keep up with how many times you've been engaged lol."

The Instagram account @influencer.updates.au also shared the news, with one user commenting that Tammy is the "female Ross Gellar".

"They’ve been together for like 5 minutes?!" another added.

"How many bloody times does she wanna get engaged?" a third said.

Others defended the influencer, with one user writing: "The comments she has been getting on her posts are disgusting. It’s not her fault her last two relationships haven’t worked out, let the girl live and be happy FFS."

"Unsure why there’s so much hate? Did you want her to stay in toxic relationships?" another questioned. "Good on her for not settling for the wrong person and doing what’s best for her."

"Yes girl, someone who isn’t afraid to fall in love and who doesn’t hide it!" a third said.

Tammy and Matt first went public in September on the red carpet of Stan's C*A*U*G*H*T, with the pair's engagement coming less than a year after she split with her previous fiancé Matt Poole.

Tammy and her ex welcomed a daughter, Posy, a few months before announcing they had split. She shares her older children, Wolf and Saskia, with her ex, Reece Hawkins.
