Who Is Tallulah Willis' Fiancé? All About Musician Justin Acee (and His Sweet Christmas Proposal!)

Tallulah Willis has found a real-life fairytale with her fiancé, musician Justin Acee.

The couple started dating in January 2023 and announced their engagement on Dec. 23, when Tallulah shared a photo of her ring on Instagram, captioned, "everyday."

Tallulah is the daughter of actors Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, who was diagnosed with aphasia in March 2022, followed by frontotemporal dementia less than a year later. In August 2024, Tallulah opened up to PEOPLE about how Acee has been a source of comfort for her as she copes with her father's condition, saying, "Waking up laughing with my partner would be the best kind of day, which I will be honest happens a lot."

While the two haven't revealed how they first met, Tallulah has shared many glimpses of their romance on social media throughout their relationship. In June 2024, she posted a carousel of photos and videos of the pair on Instagram, writing, "My heart walks around outside my body, but we just call it @justinacee."

He is from New York

Acee was raised in Buffalo, N.Y., a place that he described to Vents Magazine in August 2024 as a "tough city."

"It will always be home, but it’s also the kind of place you dream of leaving," he said. "Winters are brutal, and growing up the music scene there kind of pitted us against one another. It made for a lot of jealousy and envy."

Touring for his music career gave him some perspective, however. "I saw that creativity and community not only grows but THRIVES from love and encouragement," he added.

He is a musician

Acee has been playing music from a young age and was formerly the drummer for a Buffalo-based band called Made Violent. In 2024, he began releasing music under the artist name NIGHTIES.

In December of that year, Acee shared a glimpse of his Spotify Wrapped data from the year on Instagram and shared that he was "so grateful."

"Thank you thank you thank you to anyone who’s listened to a song this year," he wrote. "That means the world and I can’t wait to keep sharing more of my art with you."

Although Acee often sings solo, Tallulah starred in the music video for his song "Ugly Truths."

"Lulah and I had such a blast making this," he wrote on Instagram in June 2024. "Not only did we get to make something special together, but we were blessed to work alongside SOOO many talented creatives."

They started dating in January 2023

In January 2024, Acee shared on Instagram that the couple were celebrating their first anniversary, writing, "One rotation later… ilusm 🧚‍♀️❤️."

Since then, Tallulah has frequently shared glimpses of their relationship on social media. That February, she posted a photo of them kissing, captioned, "My heart outside my body."

In November, she shared more affectionate photos with her beau on Instagram, writing, "So happy I can't stand it!!"

They announced their engagement in December 2024

On Dec. 23, the couple announced their engagement on Instagram and shared a carousel of heartfelt photos. Among the flood of celebratory comments was Tallulah's family, who quickly shared their love and support for the newly engaged couple on both Tallulah and Acee's posts.

"Congratulations I could not be happier and more inspired by your love and commitment!" Tallulah's mom, Moore, commented on Acee's post. The actress later posted her own series of photos celebrating the pair's "Christmas proposal" and gave a peek at how Acee popped the question.

In Moore's video clip, Tallulah could be seen walking beside Acee as she followed a path of rose petals in the shape of an arrow. The roses seemingly led to a festively decorated living room, where Acee knelt down in front of her next to a roaring fire and took out a ring.

Moore ended the heartfelt Instagram carousel with a snap of the newly engaged couple kissing in front of their brightly lit Christmas tree.

Meanwhile, Rumer Willis commented on her sister's post that her heart was "so full."

Tallulah's other sister Scout added her congratulations on her Stories, writing, "My angels are engagedddddddddddddd," along with teary eyed and diamond ring emojis.

In December 2024, Tallulah shared one of Acee's music videos on her Instagram, writing a heartfelt message about having looked for someone like him all along.
