There Was a Prince Harry Lookalike at Kate Middleton's Christmas Concert
We had to do a triple take.
Prince Harry, is that you?
In a newly-released trailer for Kate Middleton's annual "Together at Christmas" concert, a man who looks just like the Duke of Sussex—we're talking same short red hair, same scruffy beard—made a brief cameo in the clip around the 35-second mark. Adding to the resemblance even more, the unidentified guest arrived at Westminster Abbey for the carol service wearing a navy British Army uniform that's similar to the one Harry used to wear before he was officially stripped of his military titles.
While this man definitely is not Prince Harry, you can't blame people for being confused given the strong resemblance.
And for those who still need further clarification, Harry wasn't in the U.K. the entire month of December, and instead, was busy preparing for Christmas with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in California, where they reportedly spent the holiday with the Duchess of Sussex's mom, Doria Ragland.
The couple reportedly wasn't invited to spend Christmas in Sandringham with the rest of the royal family, but it's believed that King Charles made time to FaceTime his grandchildren on the holiday. "I'm willing to bet that there definitely will be some sort of [Zoom] communication on Christmas Day. There's no question," Charles's former butler Grant Harrold previously told The Sun.
"I'm not talking so much about Harry and Meghan directly, but I have no doubt the King will want to see his grandkids [Lilibet and Archie] on Christmas Day," he said, adding: "I'd be surprised if they didn’t FaceTime so they could see the grandchildren opening the gifts he sent them."
