From there, the co-hosts prep for the show, speaking with producers, picking out their wardrobe, getting in glam and catching up over coffee. Gbajabiamila and Kloots even get in a quick workout (jumping rope, of course) .

"If today was chaos on release / And you really need a break / Come on friend, just put up your feet / you’ll bring coffee, we’ve got cake," they sing.

"Every day is new / we are one big family," the group continues. "The audience and crew are smiling so it’s gonna be / a lovely day."

The clip ends with the co-hosts, their outfits now magically transformed into a pastel palette of show-ready looks, gathering backstage for a quick hands-in huddle before heading out to the set.
