'Sweet' detail in Bindi Irwin's pics of daughter Grace Warrior

Bindi Irwin's daughter Grace Warrior is six months old, and to celebrate the proud mum has shared a series of 'sweet' snaps of her gorgeous baby girl on Instagram.

The photos show the tot — who was born on March 25 — sitting in the grass and grinning at the camera while holding a round wooden sign that reads, "I'm six months old today".

"6 months old! Grace Warrior, we love you beyond description," Bindi, 23, captioned the pics.

The Aussie star popped up in the comments section to explain the touching meaning behind Grace's cute onesie featuring a cartoon of a koala on the front.

Fans were thrilled with Bindi's baby update, with one declaring the bub "Absolutely adorable!!!" in the comments.

"What a sweet girl," added another.

"Thank you for sharing her with us and brightening up our newfeeds," wrote a third.

Bindi and her husband, Chandler Powell introduced the world to their first child, Grace Warrior Irwin Powell when she was just one day old.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, the new mum explained the meaning behind each of her daughter's names which included a tribute to her late father, Steve Irwin.

"Grace is named after my great-grandmother, and relatives in Chandler’s family dating back to the 1700," Bindi wrote.

"Her middle names, Warrior Irwin, are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior. Her last name is Powell and she already has such a kind soul just like her dad."

Bindi, Chandler and Grace live at Australia Zoo in Queensland alongside Bindi's mum, Terri and younger brother, Robert.
