Stranger Things star's brutal admission about on-screen kiss

Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown has revealed the brutal truth behind her kissing scenes with co-star Finn Wolfhard.

She made the confession while she was hooked up to a lie detector test by Vanity Fair, who probed her about her character Eleven's romance with Finn's character Mike Wheeler.

Video posted to Twitter shows Millie being asked: "You exclaimed ‘kissing sucks’ after your first kiss with Finn Wolfhard. Is Finn just a lousy kisser?”

Millie looks slightly uncomfortable before brutally responding, "He is".

When the polygraph examiner reveals Millie is telling the truth, she sheepishly laughs and looks at the ground.

Millie shared her first kiss with Finn while filming season one of the show when she was just 12 years old.

"So he hasn't gotten better?" the interviewer probed.

Millie paused and thought hard about her answer before responding, "Not with me".

"Have you told him this?" the interviewer continued.

"No," Millie responded before the interview said, "He's going to find out".

"That's OK," Millie said.

People on Twitter lost it over the brutal polygraph test, with some saying they felt bad for Finn.

"I honestly don’t think that Finn is a lousy kisser lol, I’ve seen their kissing scenes and it doesn’t look lousy," one commented.

"She didn't even hesitate," another said.

"With no hesitation like standing 10 toes down, love that about her," a third added.

Speaking to Extra TV in 2019, the stars admitted the first kissing scene had been awkward.

"I remember seeing our kissing scene for the first time and being like, 'Why did I, like, kiss her ... it was like I was eating her'," Finn said as his co-stars laughed.

Millie however tried to encourage him about his kissing skills.

"We've progressed, we've gotten better," she said before he admitted he practised on his pillow.
