Shocking MasterChef Australia moment fans didn't see on TV: 'What a night that was'
Darrsh Clarke has finally shared footage of the moment he suffered a painful injury during the competition.
Darrsh Clarke left MasterChef Australia earlier this week after an emotional elimination challenge which, sadly, saw his dish ranked the lowest by the judges. The news that he would be heading home had everyone in tears as Sofia told the talented cook, "We're going to miss you a lot."
Looking like he was fighting back tears himself, Darrsh said, "I remember the first day we walked in here and it was such a magical experience. I said, 'I hope this magic never wears off.' It does wear off, but it's replaced with, like, something that's so much better. And that's like, the magic of all the people that are here.
"Everyone makes this show so much more than just food. It's such an amazing experience that I will never, ever, ever forget."
While fans were utterly devastated that Darrsh's MasterChef journey had come to an end, they've been delighted to see that he is keeping the memory alive on social media - most recently with a video that documents how he lost his tooth during filming.

The 31-year-old from WA revealed that his bestie Nat Thaipun had accidentally knocked his tooth out during an immunity challenge in Hong Kong, leaving viewers wondering what exactly had happened.
In the clip, we see the moment Nat flings her arm out to stop Darrsh from filming her, apparently knocking his phone back into his face.
The result? A complicated crown fracture (and a fairly funny video).
'You were being so brave'
The post has been met with plenty of hilarious comments, including one from Sofia which says, "Who needs friends when you have @nattywolf?"
"What makes this so funny is your calmness when we were told the story in HK when the tooth was already patched. However, now noting there is music over the original sound 😂 which I’m guessing was both parties taking turns to say '$#%£ bro'" laughed Poh.
Fellow MasterChef castmate Sumeet shared some BTS info in her caption which read: "Gosh! ' trying to find the dentist in the sticks at that hour!! 😊 You were being so brave about the pain 😞 I’m just glad that they managed to fix it and that you were ok ❤️"
Meanwhile, Sav chimed in with an apology writing, "I’m really sorry I laughed so hard that I had to go hideout in Lochy’s room until the giggles went away 😅😬."
One of the producers on the show also added to the commentary writing, "So glad this happened on my shift."
Moment cast mates realised what had happened
Darrsh also shared a clip to his Instagram stories of his phone continuing to film after it had fallen on the floor following the incident.
In the video, Nat can be heard apologising profusely while Lochy says "You actually have a f**king tooth out right now".

Hilariously, the captions on the video reveal that Harry continued to play his guitar throughout the emergency with someone on Reddit writing, "The bit about “[Harry] keeps playing guitar” is sending me 😂."
"It makes it that much funnier that the phone that caused the damage keeps recording everything 😆," another person said.
