Sam Pang's TV disappearance leaves fans baffled: 'Not the same'
Logies host Sam Pang hasn't been seen on TV since his successful gig, so where is he?
His Logies hosting gig may have been a roaring success, but fans have been left scratching their heads after Sam Pang appears to have disappeared from our TV screens ever since.
He became the first host of the prestigious awards show in 11 years, taking aim at a number of high-profile Australian celebrities in his hilarious opening monologue, which had fans calling for his return next year.
Stars such as Karl Stefanovic, Kochie and Hamish Blake were all roasted by Sam, with the audience left in fits of laughter during the lengthy show.
Even Home and Away’s iconic actor Ray Meagher wasn’t free from a ribbing, with Sam ripping into him after he tried to pay tribute to the star, who has been on the soap for the past 35 years.
However, the comedian, who usually appears on Channel 10's comedy show Have You Been Paying Attention? every week, hasn’t been seen on the panel for the past three weeks.

He also regularly appears on Channel Seven's The Front Bar on Thursday nights but has been replaced with stand-in panellists since his Logies debut.
Have You Been Paying Attention? viewers called for Sam’s return last night, taking to social media to lament his absence, with one person even asking if he has left the show.
“It’s not the same without Sam,” one person said.
“Sam better be back. He’s the only reason why I watch,” another person said.
“Okay seriously if you’ve fired Sam just tell us,” another wrote.
The outrage came after the show announced last night on their Instagram account that Sam wouldn’t appear on the panel again next week.
Instead, they announced a newcomer to the show, comedian Jason Leong.
So where is Sam?
While it may seem like Sam has dropped off the face of the earth, it’s believed he’s actually living his best life in Italy at the moment.
Despite many celebrities no doubt using this time to revel in the praise from their success, Sam has instead decided to take a well-deserved break overseas, with panellist Marty Sheargold last night making a joke on the show about his vacation.
According to Adelaide Now, Seven has confirmed that Sam will be back on The Front Bar “in a few weeks.
