Sabrina Carpenter stepped out at the 2025 Grammy Awards looking like someone who is ready to take home her first award, TYVM...because she quite literally did, winning a Grammy before even stepping foot out tonight!
The singer—who is nominated for a total of six Grammys tonight and has already won one—arrived on the red carpet wearing a baby-blue gown featuring feathers and pearls.
Sabrina’s nominations? Record of the Year for “Espresso,” Best Pop Solo Performance for “Espresso,” Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Short n’ Sweet, Song of the Year for “Please Please Please,” and Best New Artist.
Sabrina spoke to People about the nominations, saying, “I’ve always been true to myself and believed in my work since I was young. I’ve realized that it’s always been about the small baby steps that you take over time to get you to this point.”
She also called being nominated “such an honor” and said, “I don’t think I have fully reflected yet, as I’m also trying to be present in the moment. But I’m just happy to see my songs connect with so many people from all walks of life. That’s why I love to write songs.”
