Robert Irwin has taken to TikTok to show what happened when he found a little visitor making a new home for itself in one of his boots, leaving people from outside Australia utterly horrified.

The video shows the very laidback Wildlife Warrior navigating finding a huge snake in his boots, with Robert filming the events transpire as the snake buried its way deep into his boot.

"Tell me you live in Australia without telling me you live in Australia," Robert said, as he poked fun at the snake for hiding in his shoes of all places. "You don't even have feet!" he exclaimed as he gently pulled it out from the shoe.

While people were rightfully absolutely terrified, a lot of non-Australians were left very confused and questioning why the hell Australians leave their shoes outside when there's a huge chance some sort of creepy critter can make themselves at home there.

"I feel like an outdoor shoe rack in Australia is a really bad idea," one person said, with numerous others chiming in to agree. "Is it normal to leave your shoes outside in Australia? That's terrifying," another person remarked.

"Isn't the number one rule of Australia not to leave shoes outside?" someone else questioned, while someone else said, "Having a shoe rack outside in Australia of all places is wild."

Others couldn't help but think that at least the snake ended up in a pair of good hands. "At first I was wondering why you were so calm and then I realised you were Robert Irwin," one person said. "This is Irwin energy at its peak. Casually pulls snake from shoe and talks to her, like 'you don't even have feet,'" someone else said.

"I feel like Robert Irwin is the only person trained to live in Australia," another fan remarked.
