Rita Ora brought to tears in new teaser for The Voice: ‘Unbelievable’

Channel 7 have released two brand new trailers for the upcoming season of The Voice, and it already looks like it will be an emotional rollercoaster.

The latest season will feature Guy Sebastian and Keith Urban returning to the Australian series, while Rita Ora joins from the UK franchise and Jessica Mauboy is the newest addition.

The first sneak peek at the reality show features a number of male singers walking to the stage, with one person belting out the song ‘Somewhere Only We Know’ by Keane.

Over the top, other contestants are heard saying, “it’s the best feeling in the world when I sing”, “this is the one-shot for me” and “I want this more than anything”.

Each coach is visibly shocked upon hearing the mystery person on the stage, with Rita even getting goosebumps.

“That’s unbelievable,” the English pop star says while wiping tears from her eyes.

“It was proper goosebumps,” Jessica adds, while Keith declares, “that was from another galaxy, you are the Voice”.

Guy exclaims: “This whole show, if it was put on just for you, it would be worth it.”

The second teaser video is similar, presenting a few female performers getting ready while a solo artist sings Christina Aguilera’s ‘The Voice Within’.

“Everyone has a voice and everyone has a story, and I guess I’m just here to share mine,” one woman is heard saying.

Other contestants comment that the experience “doesn’t feel real” and “it’s kind of nerve-wracking”.

All four coaches are shown hitting the red buzzer in excitement over the voice on stage.

“Yeah, this is it,” Rita announces. “This is a singer, a real singer.”

“You just let it soar,” Jessica remarks before begging, “who are you?”.

The upcoming 10th season of the competition is said to be a “refreshed and reimagined” series, with the “strongest ever line-up of artists”.

An epic trailer was released last month with the all-star judging panel performing Justin Timberlake’s global hit Can’t Stop The Feeling.

The Voice Australia is set to premiere on Channel 7 and 7plus after the Olympics.
