'RHONY's Ubah Hassan Describes Her Ideal Engagement Ring (Exclusive)

Model and Real Housewives of New York star Ubah Hassan, 41, is single no more! After keeping her relationship with her boyfriend Oliver Daschel, 44, under wraps during her first season of RHONY, she’s now proudly declaring her love.

Parade caught up with Hassan exclusively to discuss her plans for an engagement as well as her dream ring. We know she’s going to find herself with quite a rock! Read on for the full interview.

Kelsey Barberio: Do you think you and Oliver might get engaged sometime in the future?

Ubah Hassan: I mean, I used to worry about being in a relationship. "Oh, do you think we're going to get engaged? What are we doing for Thanksgiving?" I mean, I'm so comfortable with him. I was telling my friend, we used to hear a lot from women who are married. They would tell us, "You know when you know."

And it used to bother me! What do you mean, I'll know when I know? Give me the specifics! And now I understand what they meant. Like when you know, you know.

I don't even care about the diamonds. I have diamonds, like, I don't need diamonds. I have him.

But if you did have to pick a ring, what's your dream engagement ring?

I mean, I think a yellow diamond. Yeah. But then I keep saying maybe not. Is it going to match my clothes? But I do love a yellow diamond, just because they're rare.  And I didn't know they were the most expensive, but, you know!

I would expect nothing less!

But, you know, black skin, yellow diamond. I think it will...

It will pop!

But I do tell him every day, I'm like, "Oh, maybe not. Maybe I won't. If I don't do it just because I like to make sure like I match, you know, because yellow you can't match a lot. But if I get the second one, yellow diamond.

I think you can go for two!

I haven't even got the first one and I'm already talking about the second!
