Reese Witherspoon Keeps It Classic in Tulle Dress with Floral Details at 2024 Emmys — See Her Timeless Look
The actress is nominated for outstanding lead actress in a drama series for her role on 'The Morning Show'
Reese Witherspoon was ready to impress on the 2024 Emmy Awards red carpet.
The actress, who is up for outstanding lead actress in a drama series for her work on The Morning Show, attended the Sunday, Sept. 15 event in classic strapless black Dior dress with delicate floral detailing on the bodice that cascaded down onto the tulle skirt.
She pulled her hair up into a bun and wore a smokey eye and light lipstick. She accessorized with just a few jewels and carried a matching gold clutch.
Witherspoon shared a few photos of herself on Instagram ahead of the show, writing, "Emmy’s night!! So excited to celebrate @themorningshow season 3 and all of the amazing people who made it happen."

Rounding out the list of outstanding lead actress in a drama series nominees are Witherspoon's costar, Jennifer Aniston, Anna Sawai (Shōgun), Carrie Coon (The Gilded Age), Imelda Staunton (The Crown), and Maya Erskine (Mr. and Mrs. Smith).
This is the second time Witherspoon is up for the award after being nominated in the same category in 2022.
That year, she attended the ceremony in a dazzling black-and-blue Armani Privé dress. The full sequin look was paired with Tiffany & Co. jewels, including a platinum necklace set with 160 carats of aquamarines, 49 carats of blue zircons, and nearly two carats of diamonds.
Witherspoon topped off the showstopping outfit with diamond earrings and an aquamarine ring.

It's been a busy few months for the mom of three, who, along with kicking off production on season 4 of The Morning Show , signed on to executive produce the Legally Blonde prequel series Elle.
“Fans will get to know how Elle Woods navigated her world as a teenager with her distinct personality and ingenuity, in ways that only our beloved Elle could do," said Witherspoon in a statement in May.
