Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo are officially divorced.
The couple, who met on Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette in 2017, reached a settlement in their divorce on Tuesday, Jan. 7, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. Now, their divorce has been finalized.
The settlement indicated that Lindsay, 39, will retain the couple's home in North Hollywood while Abasolo, 44, will keep their Miami condo. The chiropractor will also keep a 2021 Honda Accord that was leased as well as his wedding band and a Breitling watch.
Similarly, Lindsay will keep her wedding bands, engagement ring and a Breitling watch, as well as artwork by an artist named Jad Najjar and a 2023 Porsche Macan, per the documents.

She was also ordered to pay Abasolo $500,000 as an equalization payment, though her previous spousal support payments were deducted from that total, bringing it to $460,229. Lindsay has until Jan. 7, 2026, to make the payment to her ex.
The couple's settlement comes just over one year after Abasolo filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. On her podcast, Higher Learning with Van Lathan and Rachel Lindsay, she noted that the weeks following his filing were "difficult" as she said she was "just trying to take it day by day."
A legal back-and-forth began soon after Abasolo filed, as he requested spousal support from Lindsay in May and alleged he made only $16,000 annually, despite being a licensed and practicing chiropractor. She slammed those claims in a June filing, opposing his request for spousal support, which she said would "far exceed the actual martial lifestyle and his need" as she accused him of "inflating his expenses."
Lindsay also claimed she learned that Abasolo, who she married in 2019, informed her that he'd filed for divorce via text message, leaving her "shocked," which he then refuted, while also doubling down on his spousal support request. In a July filing, he claimed Lindsay "never wanted to be around me during our marriage" and had not shown "any interest in [his] business" as her "jet-setting career often took her away."
She was ultimately ordered to pay Abasolo temporary spousal support in the sum of $13,257 per month, beginning July 15, and those payments were later deducted from the total $500,000 payment mandated in their divorce settlement.

Lindsay recently opened up about the "shame" she felt for a long time during her relationship with Abasolo during a guest host stint on The View.
"We met, we dated for two and a half years, we went and got married. And we were looked at as one of the more successful relationships that came from the show. Anywhere I went, people would ask me about my relationship.... And you feel the public pressure to always let people know that things are great, even though behind closed doors, that might not be the case — or you’re working on it, or you’re having a bad day or whatever it might be," she said.
"A lot of that is wrapped up in shame. You don’t want to say that it fell. You’re scared, you don’t want people to see you in a different way."

She admitted that she "saw signs before the marriage" that worried her with Abasolo when Whoopi Goldberg asked about the timeline of her feeling doubts, but "as women, we’re fixers and we think that we can figure it out. They’re a challenge to us! But eventually I saw it more. I would say within two years, and we were married for four and a half."
