Prince William's 'secret weapon' revealed as he makes major plans for the future
Prince William has been quietly preparing behind the scenes to become King.
Prince William's "secret weapon" has been revealed as he makes major plans to reshape the monarchy when he is king. The Prince of Wales reportedly has big plans for his cousins, Lady Louise Windsor and Viscount James, Earl of Wessex, to become working royals.
Louise and James are the children of Prince Edward and Princess Sophie and have largely been kept out of the limelight over the years. However, Edward and Sophie's relationship with William and his wife Kate, could see their children take on a more active role in The Firm.

Edward and Sophie made the decision not to give their children HRH titles to allow them to lead normal lives outside of the spotlight.
Louise, 21, has followed in William and Kate's footsteps by studying at St Andrews University. She could have taken on the title of Princess when she turned 18, but has not done so.
James is expected to follow his sister's lead when he turns 18 later this year, Sunday Times royal editor Roya Nikkhah says.
Roya has previously revealed that Sophie has said it was "highly unlikely" Louise or James would use the titles.
While it seems as though Louise and James might not be willing participants in playing a bigger role in royal life, the same cannot be said for their mother.
According to the Sunday Times, Sophie is considered William's "secret weapon" thanks to her no-nonsense attitude to duty.
"Sophie and Edward were overshadowed because bigger stars in the family came along, and I think at times she did mind that," a source reveals. "But she was always pragmatic about their place in the hierarchy, unlike some others in the family."
"The King and Queen are much more understanding and aware of the role they have been playing, and as they've come more into the spotlight, the rest of the family have appreciated that more. The [late] Queen always knew it. Sophie is a proper asset."
Prince Harry and Prince Andrew 'wary' of Prince William's 'wrath'
It follows reports that Prince Harry and Prince Andrew are becoming "wary" of Prince William's "wrath" as he prepares behind the scenes for his role as King.
Speaking to Fox News, British royal expert Hilary Fordwich has claimed that William feels the future of The Firm is looming over his head. She said, "Prince William is dedicated to duty, as imbued in him by Queen Elizabeth II, who tutored him every Sunday regarding his royal duties."
"He’s also under huge generational pressure since the increasing public popularity of the monarchy ranks highest for both him and Princess Catherine."
Hilary adds that Harry and Andrew will likely be nervous about what's to come when William does become King.
"Harry’s whinge fest Spare, with its acerbic accusations against the royal family, particularly his denigration of the Princess of Wales, rendered it the 'final straw' as William told those around him," Hilary claimed.

She added that William felt he and Kate were "bitterly attacked" in the tell-all, and as for Andrew, he feels his uncle "has put the family in jeopardy" with his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
Hilary continued, "He won’t and can’t risk public association with disastrous members of the family who merely serve as distractions from public duty."
