Popular chain’s surprise new menu item

Pizza Hut is turning up the heat with a brand-new flavour set to satisfy sweet and spicy cravings.

Hot honey has taken Australia by storm, combining the best of sweet and spicy sensations to supercharge the tastes of pizza lovers everywhere.

Famous for jumping on wild new flavour innovations, Pizza Hut has created their own and is launching the brand-new Hot Honey Drizzle.

The cult pizza chain is sure it’s going to reign supreme on all other condiments.

The chilli balances the honey’s sweetness, making a more-ish sauce that tastes good on just about anything – especially pizza and wings.

Customers can try the Hot Honey Drizzle on a variety of items including Stuffed Crust Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, Wings and the famous Cheese Dunk.

Pizza Hut is also releasing a brand-new menu item, with oozing cheese wrapped in a crispy and spicy hot honey crumb – Hot Honey Cheese Bites.

The Hot Honey Drizzle menu items include Stuffed Crust Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, from $16.95 pick-up, Thin & Crispy Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, from $12.45 pick-up and Hot Honey Wings, from $9.95 pick-up.

It also includes Hot Honey Cheese Bites, from $6.95 pick-up, Hot Honey Cheese Dunk, from $10.95 pick-up and the drizzle add on for $1.50.

Pizza Hut Australia’s Chief Marketing Officer, Wendy Leung, said the company is always cooking up something fresh.

“At Pizza Hut, we’re always cooking up fresh ways to excite your tastebuds with innovative flavours,” Ms Leung said.

“Hot honey is such a popular trend right now, and we’re thrilled to introduce our outhwatering Hot Honey Drizzle.

“It’s a flavour sensation that will take your favourite pizzas and snacks to a whole new level!”

All new items are available at Pizza Hut from Wednesday.
