Your new go-to Super Bowl menu item just dropped!

In honor of the 2025 Super Bowl on Feb. 9, Popeyes and Don Julio are releasing several limited-edition menu items, fusing the “rich heritage of Popeyes’ Louisiana-style cooking with the bold flavors of Tequila Don Julio Reposado,” the companies shared in a press release with PEOPLE.

The speciality menu includes the Concha Chicken Sandwich — a chicken breast fillet marinated in reposado tequila and topped with tequila lime slaw. Customers will also be able to purchase the Louisiana Garlic 3-Piece Wings, also flavored with reposado tequila, and a Spicy Strawberry Hibiscus Flavored Lemonade Mocktail.

The catch?

The items are only available in select Popeyes restaurants in New York City, Miami, New Orleans, and the hometowns of the Super Bowl contenders — Philadelphia and Kansas City — for a single day, Jan. 31, until the collaboration moves to Popeyes’ flagship restaurant in New Orleans through Super Bowl Sunday.

But the brands have another offer for fans who aren’t able to catch the collaboration: Customers can get a free chicken sandwich from Popeyes on UberEats and $5 off Don Julio tequila, according to the release.

Popeyes and Don Julio are not the only brands collaborating for specialty items ahead of the Big Game. Last week, General Mills announced a less conventional partnership: Cinnamon Toast Crunch is teaming up with Totino’s for a pizza roll-flavored cereal.

On Friday, Jan. 24, two Cincinnati institutions — Graeter's and Skyline Chili — announced a new limited-edition ice cream flavor. Skyline Spice, which became available at all Skyline Chilli locations across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Florida on Jan. 27, combines Graeter's creamy French pot ice cream with crunchy oyster crackers and Skyline's signature spice mix.

Matthew McConaughey traded his classic Texas twang for a Chicago accent in a teaser ad for UberEats, PEOPLE unveiled on Jan. 27. Repping MSC Cruises, Drew Barrymore and Orlando Bloom joined forces for a rendition of Madonna’s “Holiday.”

And last week, unrelated to Super Bowl fanfare, Post Malone revealed that Oreo had let him make his own cookie flavor — salted caramel and shortbread-flavored creme sandwiched between chocolate and vanilla wafers — which will hit shelves on Feb. 3.
