Blackpink’s Jennie Flaunts Feminine Flair With Peekaboo Bra Layering and Feathered Shoulders at Chanel Couture Fashion Show Spring 2025
Blackpink’s Jennie Kim was among the high-profile guests and A-list stars seated in the front row for Chanel’s Haute Couture spring 2025 collection fashion show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday. The South Korean singer, rapper and actress brought a touch of whimsy to the front row thanks to her fanciful-inspired attire.
Kim joined front row guests and posed for photos ahead of Tuesday’s fashion show. The singer wore a pair of wide-leg, low-rise black pants and added a whimsical cape that featured a bevy of feminine touches throughout.

Kim’s chiffon cape featured ruffles and layers of feathers in a soft shade of blue. The cape flowed effortlessly behind the Blackpink member, creating a train effect as she walked. The cape was tied together with a long black bow. Beneath the cape, Kim styled the peekaboo bra trend that saw a resurgence in 2024.
To complete her look, Kim added a pair of platform heels in a similar shade of blue, a silver Chanel chain just below her waist and a few dainty rings to accessorize her attire. Kim’s hair was pulled back into a low messy bun, with a few strands of hair to frame her face. Her makeup featured a natural, clean appearance with lightly lined eyes and a soft lip.
Kim built a strong relationship with Chanel over the course of the last few years. In 2023, the singer starred in Chanel’s 22 bag campaign, which was captured by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin in Seoul, South Korea.
In March 2024, Kim became the face of the Chanel Première Édition Originale watch campaign. Kim has been a brand ambassador for the French luxury fashion house since 2017. Lily-Rose Depp, Margaret Qualley and Riley Keough also serve as Chanel ambassadors.
Capes were subtly added to Chanel’s sartorial repertoire as part of the spring 2025 ready-to-wear collection, which debuted during Paris Fashion Week in October 2024. Among the capes featured, the very one Kim wore for the spring haute couture collection on Tuesday was included.
