Paul Mescal and Gracie Abram's Relationship Timeline
Paul Mescal and Gracie Abrams have been linked since they were first spotted out together in June 2024
Paul Mescal and Gracie Abrams both had busy summers, with the former gearing up for his end-of-year blockbuster Gladiator II and the latter opening for Taylor Swift on the Eras tour, but both still had time to find love.
The Normal People actor and "Close To You" singer were first linked in June 2024 when they were spotted out together in London. Since then, the two have been seen walking through the streets of London and New York City and enjoying dates together, with a source telling PEOPLE in August 2024 that they were "hooking up."
Mescal previously dated singer Phoebe Bridgers, though the two broke up in 2022 after two years of dating. Meanwhile, Abrams had a five-year relationship with songwriter Blake Slatkin, which also ended in 2022.
Following his breakup, Mescal told Vanity Fair in February 2023 that he planned to keep his personal life private moving forward, explaining that "giving strangers an answer about my life doesn't actually help me."
"It's like a quick boost of serotonin, being like, 'I've said what I need to say.' And then it's just Twitter fodder,” he said.
