Olivia Rodrigo's Plunging Versace Dress Is Older Than She Is at the 2025 Grammys
It's an award-worthy look.
Beloved pop punk princess Olivia Rodrigo has officially arrived for Music's Biggest Night, the 2025 Grammys. And, while the jury is still out on whether she will be walking home with an award, she certainly came dressed like a winner.
The "Obsessed" songstress graced the red carpet at Los Angeles's Peacock Theater dressed in what might be her boldest look to date. Wearing a slinky black vintage Versace dress that featured a plunging neckline and giant side cutouts, Rodrigo declared that she's officially entered her bombshell era. Adding to the drama, the gown was also completely backless.
She let the dress speak for itself and accessorized minimally with diamond drop earrings, a tennis bracelet, and a smattering of sparkly rings. As for beauty, Rodrigo went the goth-glam route with black winged eyeliner and her dark brunette hair styled in loose waves with a middle part.
Rodrigo is nominated for one award tonight: Best Song Written For Visual Media for âCanât Catch Me Nowâ (The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes).
The High School Musical alum is, of course, no stranger to the Grammys. She has received a whopping 14 nominations and three wins over the course of her career. Rodrigo clinched all three of her Grammys in 2022, at the 64th annual ceremony, walking away with Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance for "Drivers License," and Best Pop Vocal Album for Sour.
While she did not accept any golden trophies last year, she still made a bang with her appearance. First, she arrived looking ethereal in a white bedazzled vintage Versace dress from the houseâs 1995 Spring/Summer ready-to-wear collection. The masterpiece featured a floor-grazing design, fitted silhouette, sweetheart neckline, and double straps. She accented the gown with an aquamarine statement ring and classic diamond stud earrings. As for beauty, she glammed up with a dark red lip and her signature black winged eyeliner. The star styled her dark brunette locks with bouncy curls and a side part for the perfect extra touch of Old Hollywood glamour.
Later in the night, she took the stage to give a powerful performance of her hit song "Vampire," looking stunning in a figure-hugging, floor-length silk red dress with a plunging V-neckline. She swapped her hair for a middle part and added sparkly champagne eyeshadow.
