Who has been nominated for the most Grammys? This artist holds the record.

Music's biggest night is less than a month away. On Feb. 2, the Grammy Awards will be back to honor those in the music industry for their talent and artistry. Featuring 94 distinct categories, the award show's winners will take home a coveted golden gramophone.

Though the winners have yet to be revealed, a diverse slate of nominees has already been announced, including Beyoncé, Doechii, Charli XCX and Sabrina Carpenter.

This year's 67th annual Grammys clinched the title of "most nominated artist" for a certain Queen B. It's time to meet the current record holder as we get ready for the 2025 Grammy Awards.

Who has been nominated for the most Grammys?

Beyoncé is the most Grammy-nominated artist of all time, receiving 99 career nominations since 2000. The multihyphenate icon is also the most decorated Grammy winner, with 32 wins.

Beyoncé's first career nominations were with Destiny's Child at the 42nd Grammy Awards. The group was nominated in two categories – best rhythm & blues song and best R&B performance by a duo or group with vocal – for the No. 1 single "Bills, Bills, Bills" off their second studio album.

She would later receive her first solo nominations at 46th Grammy Awards, receiving six nominations. Beyoncé went on to win five awards, taking home the best contemporary R&B album award for "Dangerously in Love."

This year, Beyoncé earned 11 nominations including three of the "big four" categories: album of the year, record of the year and song of the year.

Who is nominated for the most Grammys at 2025 ceremony?

Better say her name because Beyoncé is also the most nominated artist of the 2025 Grammy Awards. Her 11 nominations come thanks to her countrified "Cowboy Carter" album, which released March 29, 2024 and peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

Alongside her general category nominations, Beyoncé is also up for best country album and best country song.

Behind Bey are Charli XCX, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar and Post Malone, who all received seven nominations. Clocking in at the third spot is a tie between Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan with six nominations each.

Who has had the most Grammy nominations in one night?

Michael Jackson holds the record for most Grammy nominations in one night, receiving 12 nominations at the 26th Grammy Awards in 1984. He took home eight trophies, also breaking the record for most awards won in one night.

Among those awards included record of the year for "Beat It", album of the year for "Thriller" and producer of the year (non-classical).
