A Nashville Loft That’s Hosted Country Music’s Biggest Stars Is Heading to Auction

It’s not the Grand Ole Opry, but this one-of-a-kind Nashville apartment has hosted a slew of music megastars. The Music Loft, a private residence and entertainment venue in the Tennessee capital’s historic Market Street Building, is set to go under the hammer next month with Interluxe Auctions and Compass’s Stephen Brush. Bids are expected to start at $1 million for the three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that was previously listed for $3.2 million.

According to the marketing materials, the property has hosted country music royals from Reba McEntire to award-winning songstress Lainey Wilson, the so-called modern outlaw Cody Jinks, and Garth Brooks, who attended a record release party there for the debut album of his daughter, Allie Colleen. In addition, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill once threw a big birthday bash in the sprawling space.
