“Mrs. Doubtfire” kids reunite for Robin Williams movie's 31st anniversary: 'Still feel like my siblings'

Matthew Lawrence, Mara Wilson, and Lisa Jakub reunited three decades after the blockbuster comedy hit theaters.

What's sweeter than a run-by fruiting? The Mrs. Doubtfire cast reunion, of course.

The former child stars who appeared as Robin Williams' kids in the beloved 1993 comedy recently reunited to celebrate the film's 31st anniversary, with actress Mara Wilson sharing a photo of the reunion — also featuring Lisa Jakub and Matthew Lawrence — Wednesday to Instagram.

The group smiled as they posed together in the movie's filming location of San Francisco, with Wilson teasing that the stars (who played siblings in the Chris Columbus-directed film) reunited to record an episode of Lawrence's Brotherly Love podcast, which he hosts with his brothers, Andy and Joey Lawrence.

"So funny that the same week I went to San Francisco, I got to reunite with my Doubtfire siblings!" Wilson wrote in the photo's caption. "It’s always a joy to see @lisa.jakub and @matthewlawrence."

Jakub added that "the sisters had so much fun hanging out with the brothers," and that Wilson and Lawrence "still feel like my siblings- even 30 years after filming Mrs Doubtfire."

The trio initially appeared together as the children of Daniel (Williams) and Miranda Hillard (Sally Field), a couple on the brink of divorce at the start of the film. After separating, Daniel hatches a scheme to dress as an elderly British woman and apply for an open position as Miranda's nanny — all as a means to see his kids every day.

Upon its initial release, Mrs. Doubtfire grossed $441 million at the global box office and won the Oscar for Best Makeup at the 1994 Academy Awards.

The stars' reunion also fell 10 years after Williams' 2014 death. Still, those who worked on the film have long spoken about his contributions to the project — including Columbus, who revealed that there's an R-rated cut of the film that features more of Williams' profane improvisation.
