Modern Family's Nolan Gould shows off impressive transformation

The child star has grown up and glowed up.

Modern Family's Nolan Gould is often remembered for playing the adorably goofy Luke Dunphy, but his latest Instagram post has gone viral with fans thirsting over the buff 24-year-old.

Uploading a series of hiking pics, the star showed off his physique in a shirtless shot.

"Four Pass Loop - Maroon Bells, Colorado. 26 miles, more oatmeal packets than can be counted. Aliens were definitely seen," he captioned the post.

While most of it was relatively wholesome hiking content, one sneaky pic thrown in caught the attention of eagle-eyed fans.

"Shirtless Nolan is the best Nolan," one person commented.

"That thirst trap real," another said.

"Those arms are bigger than my future," a third joked.

Nolan played Luke Dunphy from 2009-2020, so Modern Family fans watched the actor grow up on screen.

He's previously spoken out about his diet and transformation from geeky kid to buff star, stating in a 2021 interview that changing his diet and cutting out alcohol played a huge part in his muscular look.

"The biggest thing was cutting out alcohol, that's actually been very nice," he said at the time, while also stating he focused on eating a lot of lean protein, lots of vegetables, and cutting out sugary things like soda.

He also said during lockdown he worked out for an hour and a half every day with his friend who is a personal trainer, and the socially-distanced workouts allowed him to get fit while being unemployed during quarantine.
