Breakout star Mikey Madison made a very on-themed appearance on the red carpet at the 82nd Annual Golden Globe Awards, held at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on Sunday. Nominated for her first Golden Globe in the category Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy for her role in “Anora,” Madison attended the event in a gold Bottega Veneta dress.

Styled by Jamie Mizrahi, the actress’ dress was designed by Bottega Veneta’s Mathieu Blazy. The shimmering dress showcased Blazy’s craftsmanship and was one of his final creations at the Italian fashion house before he assumed the top designer role at Chanel, a transition announced in December.
Madison’s ensemble was accessorized with minimal yet striking earrings from Tiffany & Co., allowing the gown’s detailed construction and high-shine sequins to take center stage.
As Madison’s career continues to ascend, she approaches her next projects with care and intention. Speaking to WWD earlier this week, she shared, “I feel very hopeful, which is fun. I was thinking earlier today about how I’ve had years where I haven’t worked — I’ve tried to, but for whatever reason, it’s been difficult to get a job, and so it’s really exciting to be in this position now,” she says. “I’m able to read scripts that I would never have dreamed of being able to read however many years ago.”
Reflecting on her career path, Madison added, “Being intentional and specific and taking my time is just how I’m trying to be in general in my life, I’ve been grateful for every [acting] job I’ve had, but I’ve also learned that it’s an emotional job, and I really would like to have that emotional, deep connection and love for the story and the script that I’m playing.”
The 2025 Golden Globes ceremony celebrates over eight decades of honoring entertainment excellence. Broadcast on CBS and hosted by Nikki Glaser, this year’s event featured 27 categories, including drama, comedy and limited series.
