The holidays may have already come and gone, but Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's never-before-seen Christmas card has put us right back into the festive spirit.
Back in December, Architectural Digest shared an intimate look inside Gloria Steinem's New York City brownstone, and on a side table in her living room, a private family photo—featuring the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their two kids, Archie and Lilibet—was displayed in plain sight. The black-and-white photo went unnoticed until recently when eagle-eyed royal fans began to point it out on social media. The sweet snapshot shows Meghan and Harry with their two kids laughing as they lay in the grass together.

Markle and Steinem have been close for years, with the activist having nothing but nice things to say about the duchess when asked about their friendship at the 2022 Women's Media Awards. Calling Meghan a "great human being," Steinem told People at the time, "I'm not an expert on the media, but it seems to me that she is different from the picture of her in the media. She's smart and funny and devoted to social issues."

"Maybe it's the British tabloids that are the problem," she added with a laugh.
In addition to the previously-unseen photo, the Sussexes sent out a second Christmas card for public consumption. The card featured a collage of six images (five of which highlighted the couple's charity work, as well as the first new photo of Archie and Lilibet in years). Offering a rare glimpse of the kids, Archie and Lilibet, both sporting red hair like their dad, can be seen running towards their parents while surrounded by the family's three dogs: Guy (who recently passed away), Pula, and Mia.
