The temperature has climbed to well above 35 degrees, TLC’s “Waterfalls” is blasting through portable speakers and 30 crew members are congregating underneath a canopy of gum trees, focusing all their attention on four beautiful women––Rebecca Gibney, 51, Megan Gale, 40, Delta Goodrem, 31, and Sam Frost, 26––sitting on top of wooden crates for WHO’s Most Beautiful People shoot.
These four women all represent differing decades––20s, 30s, 40s and 50s––each with its own allure. However, their definition of beauty is all the same. Says Gale, “It has to come from within.” The tricky part is wholeheartedly believing it and that has only come with age.

“It look me years to embrace going out of the house with no makeup. I’d put so much pressure on myself to be my best,” Goodrem tells WHO. “But as I’ve gotten older I’ve realised that the best me is the one I’m comfortable with. I’ve found it more beautiful getting older.”

Has the definition of beauty changed as they've aged? "Definitely!" reveals Gibney, adding, "I had no confidence in myself growing up. As a teenager I thought I was very plain … It wasn't until I married my husband, Richard [Bell], in 2001 and had my beautiful son, Zac, that I went, 'Who gives a rat's!'"
And there's no surprise as to what––or who––makes Australia's first Bachelorette feel beautiful. "When I am with my boyfriend, Sasha [Mielczarek]," admits Frost. "I always feel good."
