Thirty-six years after making magic, Tim Burton is once again bringing Beetlejuice to the big screen, with some familiar faces and new additions set to be haunted by the mischievous ghoul.

While Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, Catherine O'Hara and Danny DeVito will all be reprising their roles from the 1988 original, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is getting some extra star power with the addition of Jenna Ortega, Willem Dafoe, Monica Bellucci and Justin Theroux to the cast.

The sequel follows the Deetz family as they try to manage their family dynamics and cope with loss, all while dealing with the supernatural.

Michael Keaton's PArtner, Marni Turner

Michael Keaton keeps his relationship with long-term partner Marni Turner very low-key. It's unclear when the pair became an item, but they have made a handful of appearances together.

Outside of a quick kiss he planted on her when he won the Emmy for best lead actor in a limited or anthology series or movie in 2022, the couple doesn't share much in the spotlight.

Catherine O'Hara's Husband, Bo Welch

Catherine O'Hara and her husband Bo Welch met on the set of the original film; she played Delia Deetz, and he served as the production designer for the 1988 classic.

The couple tied the knot on April 25, 1992. They welcomed their first son, Matthew, in 1994, and their second, Luke, in 1997.

Winona Ryder's Partner, Scott Mackinlay Hahn

Winona Ryder, who plays Lydia Deetz, has been dating designer Scott Mackinlay Hahn since 2011, but they are another low-key couple.

In fact, Hahn is so removed from the glitz and glam of Hollywood that he confused her for another actress when they first met. "He thought I was Milla Jovovich," she told Harper's Bazaar in 2022. "He told me I was great in The Fifth Element."

Monica Bellucci's Partner, Tim Burton

After months of rumors swirling about their relationship, Monica Bellucci confirmed she and Tim Burton were an item last June. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice will be their first project together: Burton directed the film and Bellucci plays a character named Delores.

Willem Dafoe's Wife, Giada Colagrande

Willem Dafoe met his wife and Giada Colagrande while he was on vacation in Italy and the rest was history. They got hitched in 2005 in what Dafoe calls a "very impulsive and romantic ceremony."

"We were having lunch and I said: ‘Do you want to get married tomorrow?’" he told The Guardian. “I called up City Hall and they said: ‘If you get here in the next couple of hours, you can register and then you can get married tomorrow.’“

Justin Theroux's Fiancé, Nicole Brydon Bloom

Justin Theroux made his red carpet debut as a fiancé at the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice premiere in Venice!

PEOPLE confirmed the actor — who plays Rory in the new film — popped the question to his actress love over the summer, and the two have been celebrating in Italy ahead of the Venice Film Festival.

Despite their very glam engagement debut, Theroux has been vocal about wanting to keep his love life private, telling Esquire, it's "much more fun not being in a public relationship."

Danny DeVito's Partner, Rhea Perlman

Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman got married in 1982 and have been partners in life and on set, working together on projects such as Taxi, Swap Meet, Matilda, 10 Items or Less and more.

Over the course of their marriage, the pair welcomed three children: Lucy, born in 1983, Grace who joined the family in 1985, and Jake, who was born in 1987.

In late 2012, DeVito and Perlman announced they had separated; they have reconciled and separated several times since, but Perlman clarified that they're still committed family members.

"We are still married," the actress said during an episode of Julia Louis-Dreyfus' Wiser Than Me podcast back in June 2023. "And we are still very good friends and we see each other a lot. And our family is still the most important thing to both of us."

Bonus Mention: Alec Baldwin's Wife, Hilaria Baldwin

Alec Baldwin may not be reprising his role in the sequel (nor is his onscreen wife Geena Davis), but his performance as Adam Maitland in Beetlejuice was certainly memorable (just ask Jenna Ortega, who paid tribute to the character in Venice this week).

The noted actor has been married to wife Hilaria since June 2012 and the pair share seven children (or as they call them, Baldwinitos): Carmen Gabriella, 10, Rafael Thomas, 8, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 7, Romeo Alejandro David, 6, Eduardo 'Edu' Pao Lucas, 3, María Lucía Victoria, 3, and Ilaria Catalina Irena, 1. Alec is also dad to Ireland Baldwin, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Bessinger.

In honor of their 11th wedding anniversary in 2023, Hilaria penned a sweet note to her husband, which she shared with PEOPLE, writing: "11 years. I cherish you and the fact that we met. We have experienced so much and I can't imagine anyone better to have by my side. I love you. I love our family ... to many more. I feel so lucky to have you."
