Marina Squerciati Delights With Photos From Hangout With 'Great Women' of One Chicago
Marina Squerciati is continuing to rile up fans of the Chicagoverse with a brand new look at a gathering of female cast members, presumably to celebrate their work on the heartstopping crossover between Chicagos Fire, Med, and P.D.
"Great women. Great food. Great wine. Great night," she captioned a new photoset of the ladies celebrating at Summer House Lincoln Park, starting with a group shot featuring Squerciati posing alongside Hanako Greensmith, Jessy Schram, S. Epatha Merkerson, Toya Turner, Patrick John Flueger's girlfriend Reem Amara, Amy Morton, Jocelyn Hudon, Sarah Ramos, Taylor Kinney's wife Ashley Cruger, and Miranda Rae Mayo, among others.
"These photos are blurry and not 'IG perfect,'" she added. "Just friends having fun."
Indeed, the candid and, in some cases, hastily snapped photos depicted the crew—and their meals—simply enjoying time with one another, and fans were delighted to see them hanging out in their downtime.
"I love that these women seem to get on with each other so well!" one fan gushed, with Squerciati confirming that it was "nothing but love" between the group, which another fan called "Chicagos finest."
"What a great group!!🙌❤️," another fawned, while someone else emphasized how "happy" they were to "see how close you all are outside of work."
Many were also grateful for the metaphorical proof of life for Morton's character, Trudy, whose fate was touch and go for almost the entire set of three episodes.
"Good to see 'Trudy' up and around," one wrote in part, emphasizing the "10 heart attacks" they experienced while watching.
"So glad everybody's character made it out alive!" someone else wrote in relief. "When Trudy got shot, I got scared we were going to lose her and the amazing Amy Morton."
Thankfully, no major players were lost during the epic event.
