Man living in 'married' throuple falls in love with wedding photographer

A man already living in a 'married' throuple now has a girlfriend, after falling in love with their wedding photographer.

Brandon Tidd, 35, and his wife Elizabeth, 25, from Wisconsin, US, have been married for five years.

Elizabeth, who is a nurse, and Brandon, who is a dog trainer, instantly hit it off with another woman, Shannon, when they met her on a creative writing website.

The following year, in October 2019, they 'married' in their back garden but Brandon fell in love with their wedding photographer, Jamie Philbrook, 38, and they have now embraced being a foursome.

Shannon, who is a stay-at-home mum to Rose, said: "Initially, we started off as friends then best friends.

In December 2018, the couple made their relationship official and tied the knot in October 2019.

"People automatically assume a throuple is all about sex,” Brandon said.

"They think we are constantly having threesomes but actually it entails four relationships.

"There's the relationship between me and Elizabeth, Shannon and I, and Elizabeth and Shannon then all of us together.

"We try to make sure our personal relationships work as well as our whole relationship.

"We go on separate dates and do things as a trio."

"There's another dynamic, I am dating a girl out of our throuple - she is my girlfriend,” he said.

"It can be a lot of work to make all the emotions are handled.

"I have obvious benefits and perks such as I always have willing to do something with me which comes with its own struggles of never having alone or downtime."

The trio admits it is 'impossible' not to feel jealous.

Elizabeth, who works most nights, and Shannon have their own bedroom. Brandon sleeps in each of the rooms and sometimes, they all sleep together.

They say Rose is a 'lucky girl' for having three parents. Elizabeth gave birth to her but she will be raised to call both women mum.

"I don't know how single parents do it,” Elizabeth said.

"We have the perfect set up, we have two incomes and a stay at home mum.

"Rose will have many sides as I am neutering, Brandon is adventurous and Shannon is sympathetic.”
