MAFS star Elizabeth hits back after groom Sam body shames her
Married At First Sight star Elizabeth Sobinoff has hit back at her on-screen husband Sam Ball’s comments about her weight.
After their MAFS wedding, Sam described Elizabeth as not being “as slim as the girls I’ve dated in the past”.
“She’s a bit bigger,” the 26-year-old told his mates. “Hopefully she’s into running a lot.”
Well, Elizabeth isn’t taking those comments lying down as she’s fired back, insisting she’s totally confident in her body – yes, girl!
“I am body confident. I love my body and I love my shape,” the 27-year-old told The Daily Telegraph.
“It is good to embrace who you are and I am not going to change that for Sam by the way.”
We have a feeling this is just the beginning of the drama that’s about to go down between this couple.

MAFS relationship expert Dr. Trisha Stratford recently told Yahoo Lifestyle, Elizabeth will be a very “complex” character throughout the season.
Trish explained that the blonde beauty is “very confident”, but also has a “mask”.
“There’s a lot more to Elizabeth than just making funny faces and those talons of fingernails of hers.
“She actually goes through a really tough journey in the process.”

As for Sam – the bloke labelled as “too good looking for love” – we’ll apparently be seeing a lot of ups and downs with him.
Trisha did admit Sam is a “threat”.
“He is a presence – Sam just arrives,” she said. “He’s a threat on the show.”
