MAFS’ Sam Ball barely recognisable in post flaunting buff physique

Not long after he shocked his followers with the debut of his bald hairstyle, Married at First Sight’s Sam Ball has once again proved that he now looks worlds away from his time on the reality show.

The 28-year-old, who rose to fame as the ‘villain’ on season six, appears barely recognisable in his latest social media post.

Sam flaunted his buff physique in a mirror selfie posted on Monday, showing off his tattooed muscular arms in a black singlet top.

“Living the dream,” he wrote on Instagram.

A number of his followers took to the comments to applaud Sam’s look, with some writing “sexy” and labelling him as “the beast”.

Sam is remembered from his time on MAFS when he made comments about his on-screen bride Elizabeth Sobinoff’s weight, and later had an ‘affair’ with fellow participant Ines Basic.

His latest snap comes shortly after he shared a side-by-side transformation post displaying his dramatic weight loss.

Sam revealed in the lengthy caption that he had lost 11kg and only recently “started being myself again”.

“A little throwback for your Thursday afternoon! I look at this and see two very different people," Sam captioned the two photos highlighting his fitness journey.

“First photo, 6'3 at 119kgs… I remember jumping out of the shower that night… seeing myself and thinking what the f#$k? I had lost my sense of self.”

He went on to say that he now weighs 108kg and is “waking up daily loving life” with a newfound confidence in himself.

“I know exactly what I want and where I'm going. No hectic diets or coaches just got my s**t sorted and started being myself again,” he said.

“I hope this can help at least one person that reads this that is lost or down about where they are today.

“We hear it all the time but do what makes you happy, it's your life.”
