MAFS' Nasser brutally sledged over 'jealous' Kerri-Anne Kennerley comment

The Married At First Sight groom was labelled 'nasty' by fans.

MAFS Nasser Sultan has been called out by fans after he made a jab towards TV legend Kerri-Anne Kennerley. The controversial season five groom has previously been accused of ‘gate crashing’ high-profile events to gain publicity and was snubbed by Margot Robbie on the Babylon red carpet in January.

He has also been exposed in the past for having approximately 40,000 fake followers on Instagram and recently attempted to crash a MAFS date between Tahnee Cook and Ollie Skelton during filming.

While Channel 10 was excited to finally land Kerri-Anne for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, Nasser made his feelings about her casting clear on social media.

The reality TV personality left a scathing Facebook comment about the network’s decision, referencing her age and calling her “boring”.

“Why would they get this over boring old woman,” he said, before fans tore him apart.

Kerri-Anne’s fans swiftly defended the star, with one calling Nasser’s remark “nasty”.

“I think the majority would prefer to have her on the show and perhaps you should do your research into who she is and her career so far,” another pointed out.

“Jealousy looks good on you, whoever you are,” added a third.

“One day you will be old. I personally think she’s a good person despite her age,” remarked a fan.

Others took aim at Nasser and his ‘celebrity’ status, with some admitting they hadn’t heard of the former MAFS contestant before.

“I’m not the greatest fan of hers but she is a whole lot more relevant than you are. Still searching for your 15 minutes,” one quipped.

“That’s the pot calling the kettle black if you ask me,” another added.

“Not sure why he thinks his opinion matters,” a third chimed in.

“That’s his insecurity issues coming out by knocking a TV legend, just to keep himself relevant, he’s insignificant and jealous!” another hit out.
