Lizzie's new MAFS husband Seb shows off ripped physique in bodybuilding pics

Married at First Sight fans around Australia were cheering this week when ex-bride Elizabeth Sobinoff returned to the controversial series for a second chance at love with ex-footy player Seb Guilhaus.

And so far the pair seem to be going strong, especially given the drama-filled environment they entered as intruders, alongside fellow newlyweds Drew and KC.

Lizzie definitely appears to have been matched with a better husband this time around, with Seb quickly winning fans with his goofy but sensitive soul on screen.

But the personal trainer also has a ripped bod to go with his staring personality, showing off photos from his bodybuilding outings on his Instagram account.

Seb used to played for the SANFL Woodville-West Torrens football team in South Australia, and describes himself as an 'eccentric Pisces' and 'lover of people and lover of fitness' on his social media.

He recently shared a selfie updating fans on his progress in the gym.

“Apologies for another selfie... But when I haven't been trolling through the bush looking for animals or hiding in my wardrobe I've been destroying myself in the gym,” he captioned the snap, adding he’d clocked 38 sessions in 17 days.

While most MAFS fans have been excited by Lizzie’s return to the series, one of her fellow participants Mishel is not.

Mishel unexpectedly unleashed on Lizzie, pulling no punches when discussing the contestants with whom she didn’t get along with in an interview with Who.

More than happy to name and shame, the bride who was matched with groom Steve, instantly named Lizzie when asked which contestant annoyed her the most, and she didn’t stop there.

“Far out, it's frustrating as f**ck when people weren't real. Out of the originals, no one,” she said of who got on her nerves.

“But out of the intruders, probably Lizzie. She annoyed me but I just kind of ignored her.”
