MAFS groom spoils show's ending at boozy viewing party

Fans have been rallying around the Married at First Sight couple since they said 'I do'.

Fans have been shipping Married at First Sight stars Dan Hunjas and Sandy Jawanda since the moment they said 'I do' during their wedding on Tuesday night. However, they may be in for a shock after a video emerged of the groom at a recent viewing party.

Dan and Sandy had an instant connection when they met for the first time at the altar, with Dan saying she was "beautiful" as she walked down the aisle in a stunning red saree with gold detail.

A strong bond however may not flourish between the pair over the course of the experiment, with speculation the couple have since split.

In a video taken of Dan addressing friends during a viewing party of his wedding day, Dan thanks a group for their support while holding a glass of champagne.

"Enjoy the ride, have a laugh at my expense," he says before somebody in the background yells, "Cheers to laughter and not so much happily ever after".

In another video posted on Instagram, the groom is seen doing a 'shoey' before sitting back down next to Samantha Louise Symes, who attended Dan's wedding to Sandy.

It comes a day after Yahoo Lifestyle revealed Sandy could be set for heartbreak after a flirty photo emerged of Dan getting cosy with Samantha, who has 39,500 followers on Instagram.

She is seen wearing a tight leopard dress as she turns her head towards him and puts a hand up towards his face. He kisses her cheek while resting one hand on her upper thigh while the other hangs around her neck.

Fans have been rallying behind Sandy and Dan after they appeared to have a strong connection at the altar which continued into their reception. The bride also expressed her excitement Dan had embraced her culture.

"Dan and Sandy are just lovely!!!! God I hope this tweet ages well," one wrote on Twitter.

"I may consider watching MAFS for the first time solely for Dan and Sandy," another fan said.

"Dan and Sandy make me all gooey. Please last," a third added.
