MAFS' Evelyn breaks silence on Duncan rumours after viral dancing video

MAFS' Evelyn Ellis has finally broken her silence after rumours of a romance between her and co-star Duncan James heated up after a video of the pair dirty dancing went viral on Sunday night.

In the video, Evelyn is wrapped around a shirtless Duncan, who holds her up in his arms in what appeared to be something out of a Magic Mike show.

However, it seems they are nothing more than friends, with KIIS FM's Kyle and Jackie O producer Josh Fox revealing in a bonus podcast that he spoke to Evelyn about the video, and she said: "We're just friends, it was nice to go out and have some fun."

He added, however, that Evelyn hinted "who knows what may happen between them in the future" as they haven't "explored any connection yet" as the show was still airing.

The pair seemed to be having the time of their lives in the video after both their 'marriages' fell apart on the show last week, with both deciding not to take their pairings from the show into the outside world.

"I am not in the slightest bit upset about this pairing," one fan commented on Instagram.

"Duncan knows how to treat a lass and be emotionally open and Evelyn is a great communicator and just an uncontroversial queen," another added. "We ship."

"I love the thought of this!" a third said. "A way better match."

"Good on them, they make the best couple," someone else added.

"One word: HOT," another wrote, which many others agreed with, adding fire emojis.

The Sydney-based pair likely became good friends after being put together during the couple swap challenge, with rumours first starting when Evelyn held a viewing party for her wedding episode in February.
