Cook the most delicious roast potatoes ever with this $13 ingredient

This Aussie-made rub can turn a boring dish into something special.

If you're looking to add some flavour to your cooking without making too much effort, add a jar of Henry Langdon's Australian Lemon Myrtle Sea Salt Rub to your pantry for just $13.

Made with premium coarse grade sea salt flakes and Australian Lemon Myrtle, it's delicious rubbed on meat or veggies, before roasting, grilling or barbecuing.

Smashed potato recipe

Henry Langdon's smashed potato recipe is sure to wow your dinner guests every time. To make them, pre-heat your oven to 180°C. Then poke the potatoes (with skin on) with a fork, before placing them in a dish with half a cup of water, then put into the microwave.

Once the potatoes are soft, remove them from the microwave and place on a baking tray. Then, gently flatten them with the base of a mug, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and follow up with a generous sprinkle of the Henry Langdon Australian Lemon Myrtle & Sea Salt Rub.

Next, place the potatoes in the oven for around 30 minutes, or until crispy, and serve with meat or salad. Or just enjoy them on their own.
