“Everyone’s perspective on what healthy living is ever-changing, and it’s not always you’ll have fitness as your number one priority,” he tells Yahoo Lifestyle. “Sometimes you will and sometimes not at all.

“I have always projected onto my clients that they can continue to pursue all their interests and passions without compromising fitness goals.”

Cody explains that his website is “centred on balancing a healthy lifestyle” and is customised to make that possible for each individual.

“The fitness industry has become so opinionated and full of illusions,” he continues. “I have taken a refreshing, down-to-earth approach with a focus on making things relatable, sensible, and achievable for the average person.

“Cody’s Coaching is a members-only platform, where those who join us have access to an always-expanding source of fitness experts, training programs, nutritional advice, and informative articles. And, it’s also filled to the brim with educational videos on each of these topics.

“The educational videos are the key asset here, as they are a source of insight which help guide members into making long-lasting choices to partner with both their fitness and lifestyle goals.”
