Logies 2023: Unforgettable red carpet looks over the years
These outfits are indeed memorable, but probably not for the right reasons.
The Logies are looming, and if you're more interested in what's on the red carpet than who's collecting a gold statue, the time is right to recount some of the most memorable looks to grace the ruby rug.
From a Margot Robbie misstep to several outrageous (and probably unintentional) odes to the art that is ballroom dancing, here is our lengthy list of fashion choices over the years.
Jessie J, 2011
Jessie J made sure she made a bold statement when she arrived at the 2011 Logie Awards in this sheer gothic-inspired number.
Courtney Act, 2004
It was certainly memorable and we love that Courtney delivered a dress covered in Bert Newton's head for the Logies red carpet. Feels like fashion canon. And for 2004, the silhouette hasn't aged a bit!
Kellie from Hi-5, 2000
I have but three words for you: Purple. Sequin. Legwarmers.
Jeannie Little, 2004
Young people may not remember that we had our own Bjork-on-the-Oscars-red-carpet moment thanks to the vivacious Jeannie Little.
Pauline Hanson, 2005
More than a few jaws dropped when Pauline Hanson stepped out in this relatively revealing dress at the 2005 Logies.
Brynne Edelsten, 2010
This Lady Marmalade-inspired get-up probably wasn't the most outrageous thing Brynne has ever worn on a red carpet, but it did draw its fair share of attention that year.
Susie Elelman, 1995 and 2014
Susie Elelman certainly made people look in her direction when she walked the Logies red carpet in 2014.
Margot Robbie, 2009
Margot Robbie may be wowing on the international stage as Barbie at the moment but in 2009 she was walking the Logies red carpet in black and orange strapless 'mullet dress'.
