Why Nicole Kidman is scared to watch her new film with other people: 'Pretty exposing'
Nicole Kidman is set to appear in another film where she is in a relationship with a much younger man.
Nicole Kidman, 57, really is one of the busiest women in Hollywood. Just this year she has appeared in Expats, A Family Affair, the soon-to-be-released The Perfect Couple, Spellbound and her newest film Babygirl is set to be released before the year's end.
The erotic thriller sees Nicole as Romy, a powerful New York executive, who's married to a theatre director (Antonio Banderas), but things are not as perfect between the couple as they seem. Then comes Samuel (Harris Dickinson), the company's new intern, who works under Romy and makes his attraction clear. What follows is a forbidden relationship between Romy and Samuel.
'Really hot movie'
In an interview with Vanity Fair this week, Nicole said she is nervous for the film to be released as she believes it is the most "exposing" film of her career. Babygirl is set to premiere at the Venice International Film Festival, with the star saying she's unsure whether it will be the best place to watch it for the first time.

Fans confused over Nicole's new role
After photos of Nicole and Harris, who is 29 years her junior, were released, fans were confused about why she seems to be taking on so many roles where she is in a relationship with a man much younger than her. Earlier this year, she starred in A Family Affair alongside Zac Efron, 36, playing his love interest. Nicole and Zac previously played love interests in the 2012 movie The Paperboy.
"Didn’t she just make a film about having an affair with a young guy?" one person asked on Vanity Fair's Instagram post.
"Please no awkward scenes like the ones with Zac Efron!!" another said.
"Hmm another movie about a woman who loses her mind for a boy toy... Groundbreaking," a third sarcastically added.
"Love Kidman but why is she always paired with men half her age? It’s overplayed now... and kinda cringey imo," another agreed.
