The Bachelor's Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich share exciting family news
The OG reality TV couple surprised their followers with the announcement on Sunday.
10 years after finding love on the first season of The Bachelor Australia, Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich have announced they are expecting their second child together.
The couple took to Instagram on Sunday to share an adorable video of their two-year-old daughter Elle walking around their backyard with what appears to be a ball under her jumper.
“My mummy going to get a baby soon,” she says in the clip.
Tim and Anna confirmed the exciting news in the caption, writing: “Turns out Elle was right. Bringing another little rascal into the world 2024.”

Their followers quickly took to the comments to congratulate them on their announcement, with fellow Bachelor star Sam Frost writing: “Yay!!! Congratulations beautiful humans.”
“I love her. And YAY congratulations,” Simone Holtznagel added, followed by Andi Lew who shared, “What a great announcement! I love how excited she is. Congratulations, you two.”
“Oh the best news! Congrats gorge,” Erin Holland replied, while Sherri-Lee Biggs said, “Yay yay yay!”
'Slightly intimidating'
The couple, who got married in Italy in 2018, told The Sunday Telegraph they feel “extremely lucky” that they were able to fall pregnant again.
“We’re excited to have another little bundle of joy coming into our world, but at the same time, we’re also nervous because all of our friends keep telling us how much harder having two is than one,” they said.
“Elle is at such an enjoyable age right now and is able to do things for herself. It’s slightly intimidating going back to the start, but hopefully that means we’ll have it all under control this time.”
Tim and Anna met and fell in love while filming The Bachelor’s inaugural season in 2013, becoming the first of the reality TV franchise’s many success stories.
They’ve since appeared on a handful of reality shows both together and separately, including I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Dancing with the Stars and The Real Dirty Dancing.
Tim is also set to star in the upcoming season of SAS Australia, following in Anna’s footsteps after she competed on the show last year.

Tim and Anna’s impending arrival will be the tenth baby to come from The Bachelor Australia franchise after their first child Elle, season three couple Sam and Snezana Wood’s three daughters, and season five’s Matty Johnson and Laura Byrne’s two daughters.
Conor Canning and Mary Viturino, who fell in love while filming the third season of Bachelor in Paradise in 2020, also announced in June that they are expecting their third child together.
