Leo Woodall Makes Rare Public Comment About Girlfriend Meghann Fahy

Leo Woodall is finally lifting the lid on his super-private relationship with Meghann Fahy.

The actors, who met on season 2 of The White Lotus in 2022, have been together for nearly three years but have rarely spoken out about the nature of their relationship — or how it's going.

In a new interview with Elle UK, though, Woodall, 28, broke that pattern as he revealed that he and Fahy, 34, are "very good at keeping [their relationship] as private as we can," which is a big deal for them both.

"To me, that’s the only way," the One Day alum said of his and Fahy's privacy. "You see public relationships all the time slapped all over social media and I can’t imagine that’s any fun."

In his mind, a relationship "should be a safe space, so I think letting people into it is completely counter-productive."

Woodall's rare comments on his relationship come after Fahy was by his side as he celebrated the premiere of his biggest movie role to date.

He stars as the eponymous boy in Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, alongside Renée Zellweger, Hugh Grant and Chiwetel Ejiofor. Fahy joined her boyfriend for the Jan. 29 premiere and afterparty in London.

In a cute photo posted by his stylist Chris Brown, the couple posed together in a car with their hands intertwined as they rode to the afterparty, where Brown also shared a glamorous solo shot of Fahy.

Speculation first arose about a potential romantic connection between the actors when The White Lotus season 2 premiered, as they both shared several photos with each other in their photo dumps from filming in Sicily.

When Andy Cohen asked Fahy point-blank if she and Woodall were involved in January 2023, she said, "I don't kiss and tell," and after he continued to push, she said simply, "We're friends."

Confirmation of their romance didn't come until November 2023, when they were seen kissing while out and about on a rainy day in New York City. Fahy then went Instagram official with Woodall in February, as she shared a low-key photo of them walking through Boston with their arms wrapped around each other.

She also later shared some love for One Day, which he starred in alongside Ambika Mod, as she commented on his photo dump from filming the series, "I'll say it again Leo for president."
