Kylie Jenner's major transformation divides: 'Hardly recognised her'

Kylie Jenner has stunned fans after appearing completely unrecognisable in a high-end fashion campaign. The reality TV star, 25, sported bleached eyebrows and blonde locks for Jean Paul Gaultier’s new Flowers collection.

In one of the campaign snaps, the influencer posed in a pool of water while wearing a blue dress with floral details. Her hair was tinged pink, and she sported bright pink eyeshadow with a matching lip.

In another snap, she is wearing the Green Body Morphing dress which retails for approximately $795 AUD. The tight green tulle dress has bold purple stripes across the top half of the dress, before changing direction and running down from the hip area to the floor.

Her long, blonde hair was left out, with a bold floral hair clip sitting near her left temple. The star had a bold maroon lip with her bleached eyebrows really standing out. One fan described her as looking like an “alien”.

She also modelled a peach bustier dress for the fashion label and stood with her arms curled up in a power pose. She stared intently at the camera, with her bright pink blush giving her a rosy glow.

It wasn’t long before her fans started flooding the comment section with praise, calling her a “goddess” and “amazing”.

“My jaw fell. This is beautiful,” one person wrote.

“Kylie should’ve been the model of the family,” another added, making a slight dig at Kylie’s model sister Kendall Jenner.

“Blonde Kylie needs to make a comeback!!!” a third declared.

“You’re gorgeous,” a fan wrote, while another said: “Iconic and epic seriously.”

Others were taken aback by how different Kylie looked, with some having to do a double take.

“Is this Kylie? I could hardly recognise her,” a fan admitted.

“It doesn’t look like her at all, it’s very different,” another agreed.

“I didn’t even realise this was Kylie!” a third said.

However, not everybody was enamoured with her new and edgy look, with one fan saying the bleached eyebrows made her look like a ‘grandma’.

“Why is she trying so hard to give ‘Bette Davis eyes’. It looks ridiculous on her. Looks like she’s had no sleep and [is] trying to keep her eyes open, it’s not cute!” another pointed out.

“Sorry, but that is NOT a good look,” a third remarked.

“Whoever styled and directed this needs to be fired. I’m sorry. [It’s a] miss on this one,” another said.
