Kmart shoppers in a spin over designer bag dupe: 'Run don't walk'
When a fashion item is trending, everyone brings out a version and Kmart is always up there for good dupes at bargain prices.
That's exactly what's happened with the multi-pocket cross-body camera bag.
High-end designers, mid-market and discount retailers are all releasing their versions.
The Louis Vuitton crossbody utility bag at $4,800 and the See By Chloé medium Tilly Camera Bag probably kicked the trend off, but when they start at around $350, it's easy to see why fashion followers look for alternatives.

There are now quite a few versions at different price points and in different fabrics.
Of course, Kmart has jumped on the trend, creating their utility crossbody bag, and fans are loving it.
Fans loving the choice
On TikTok, Basic Aussie Girl's video about the find at Kmart has racked up almost 400,000 views, 43,000 likes and over 1000 comments, so this trend is not going anywhere soon!
"Run, don't walk. Kmart is selling Poppy Lissiman dupes for $15," she said in the video.
The Poppy Lissiman Bobby bag, which is also an interpretation of the Chloé and Louis Vuitton bags, retails for $155.
"Yassssss, run don't walk yall," one follower urged.
"This is so nice," another added.
Die-hard designer fans stick to pricier options
"It’s cute but I love Poppy Lissiman," one TikTok user wrote in the comments. "This is a really good option for ppl who don’t want to spend all the money tho [sic]" she added.
"It’s really cute and basic. And, yes, Poppy Lissiman is way better, but not everyone can afford it, as it is really expensive," the OP replied.
"I absolutely love how much more affordable this is, if Kmart up their game a bit and released better colours, 99.9% ppl [sic] wouldn’t be complaining." another commented.
Many followers pointed out that other retailers also had a version of this multi-pocket crossbody bag.
"H&M sell one too!" one wrote.
"They have them at Glassons too," a second added.
The great thing about this style, apart from the fact that it's practical and compact, is that you will be able to find a version within your price range.
