$4 Kmart pet item causes a stir for hilarious reason
A cheap and practical pet item sold at Kmart has sparked a hilarious reaction online, after some people joked the product looked like something a little more X-rated.
“Hmmmmm Kmart have some dodgy looking items in the pet area... can anyone guess what this is? I have zoomed in so you can’t see the name,” a shopper posted alongside an image in a popular Kmart Facebook group.
The photo, showing a blue silicone tube-like item with bristles inside, sparked over 400 responses.
And while plenty of people knew what the item was used for, there were many others who admitted their minds “went straight to the gutter”.
“I am slowly picking up my mind from the gutter,” one person commented.
Many agreed the item looked a little like a sex toy.
“I used to sell those type of things at Sexyland,” was one comment, referencing an ‘adults only’ shop.
While another agreed: “Looks like something off Love Honey.”
“It’s a p*** tickler surely,” was another hilarious response.
The Kmart Pet Paw Cleaner features silicone bristles to remove dirt and mud from a dog's paw.

There were a few people who couldn’t work out what it was guessing a few other things.
“I think it's folded inside out, it's a cleaning mitt for sure,” one person wondered.
“Is it a thing for the treats?’ another asked.
Though despite the plethora of ‘dirty’ responses, the majority of shoppers knew what the item was designed for with many singing its praises.
“I bought it and it's amazing,” one person wrote.
“Great little invention,” another said on the product website.
While a third wrote: “Great & easy to use. Nice & soft on the paws but cleans them really well.”
The original poster was clearly enjoying the reaction to her post, adding in an edit: “Ok peeps, we know by now it’s a paw washer/cleaner. I’m only here for the funny comments.”
