Some Kmart fans are obsessing over this $10 item, but others say it will only make driving uncomfortable.

There's nothing worse than losing something to the abyss that is the space between your car's cupholders and your seat. The number of things we've all probably dropped in that space, only to never see it again.

Well, one Kmart item promises to help solve that 'dreaded' problem, but it seems not everyone is a fan. The $10 2 Pack Car Seat Side Organisers fill the gap between your seat and the centre console, offering you more space for things like your phone, keys, sunglasses, cords and all of life's other necessities.

The Kmart website describes the product as "a great pick to keep your travelling essentials organised in the car".

Reviewers on the website seem to like the organisers, which are rated a 4.3 out of five.

TikTok user Kev, who goes by @keepingupwithkev6, is a fan of the organiser, sharing his thoughts on the app in a video that's been viewed almost 550,000 times, writing, "Say goodbye to car clutter with the Kmart car seat organiser."

His followers were quick to share their thoughts, with one user writing, "Wait... This will stop the dreaded crater of losing things down the side of the chair."

"Absolutely correct!" Kev replied.

"Love mine, couldn't do without it," another said.

Many others weren't fans, however, with one user writing, "Honestly DON'T BUY IT, it pushes on your leg when you drive. ZERO STARS."

"This would just annoy me and get in the way," another agreed.

"Nah, that'd piss me off within the first five minutes," a third said.

"We returned them, one side it got in the way, other side was still a huge gap," someone else shared.

"Another piece of junk no one really needs," another wrote.
